Refund Policy

This policy applies to online course purchases through the NDTCTC eLearning portal.

Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same learner and same course.
  • Payment captured by the gateway but course access could not be provided after NDTCTC verification.
  • Wrong course purchase reported before course access is used or lessons are consumed.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Course access has been granted and the learner has started or consumed course content.
  • The learner changes plans after access is delivered.
  • Certification, placement, or job outcomes are expected beyond the written course terms.

Request Process

Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment with the order number, registered email or phone, course name, and payment reference. Send requests to enquiriesndtctc@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 824 703 0301.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment route where possible. Bank or payment-gateway settlement timelines may vary.
