  • Payment status, order reference, transaction reference, invoice details, and enrolment records.
  • Course progress, attendance or completion status, assessment status where applicable, and support communication.

How We Use Information

  • To grant course access, provide learner support, issue invoices, verify payments, and manage certificates or completion records.
  • To contact learners about course access, practical training, batch coordination, and administrative follow-up.
  • To improve course operations and maintain audit records for payments, enrolments, and learner support.

Payment Data

Payments are handled by the enabled payment gateway. NDTCTC does not store card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet credentials in this portal.

Sharing

Information may be shared with NDTCTC administrators, instructors, payment or hosting providers, and support staff only where needed to deliver the course or meet operational obligations.
