Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to online course purchases made through the NDTCTC eLearning portal.
Course Access
- Course access is provided to the registered learner after successful payment and Odoo enrolment.
- Login details, course material, videos, documents, and assessments are for the registered learner only and must not be shared or resold.
- NDTCTC may contact the learner by phone, WhatsApp, or email for access support, batch guidance, practical training options, and administrative follow-up.
Payments
- Prices, taxes, and payment gateway charges, if any, are shown during checkout.
- Payments are processed through the enabled payment gateway. NDTCTC does not store card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet credentials in the eLearning portal.
- If a payment is captured but access is not granted automatically, NDTCTC will verify the payment and complete enrolment manually.
Training, Certificates, and Placement
- Online courses are intended for structured learning, revision, and exam-readiness support.
- Completion records or certificates are issued only after NDTCTC verifies payment, course progress or attendance, and any applicable assessment or practical-training requirement.
- Placement support, CV guidance, or interview guidance may be provided where applicable, but no automatic job guarantee is promised through an online course purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the published refund policy at /refund-policy.
